User Agreements: creating a unified paper trail across your program

Updated: Oct 16

In Arux, an agreement provides your families with the policies, waivers, releases, and terms and conditions they need to acknowledge and agree to before proceeding with their enrollment or registration.

We've introduced new features that streamline managing user agreements, providing administrative teams a clear view of all agreed documents from List Views and View Pages within the Admin Portal.

These updates allow admins to easily track which parents have completed enrollment, child care, and non-school day agreements, and importantly, they create a unified paper trail across your program.

Viewing agreements for child care and courses

When an agreement has been added to a child care site or course in Arux, the View Pages for contracts or enrollments now feature an icon that will be red, orange, or green, depending on whether it has been agreed to.

  • Green Check: Accepted

  • Orange Check: Previously accepted, but the agreement has been updated since acceptance

  • Red X: Never Accepted

Indicate agreement acceptance when creating a contract or enrollment

Admins can now indicate that a user has accepted any terms or conditions/agreements when entering a contract or enrollment from the Admin Portal.

Displaying agreements through List Views

When an agreement has been added to a child care site or course, all contracts and enrollments that have accepted an agreement can reflect it on the appropriate List View.
