File uploads in Arux just got more flexible. Now, admins can upload files across more areas of the platform and share them with permanent links, making communication more reliable and efficient. Here’s what’s new:
Upload files in more places: Users can now add files not just in forms, agreements, and notes, but also in course descriptions, Connect Messaging emails, and anywhere in the system with our content builder.
Permanent links: Uploaded files now generate a static, permanent link. This makes it easier for families to reference and share the same file repeatedly without worrying about broken links.
This update provides admins with more flexibility to add files where families, staff, or community members need them the most, and those files remain active and accessible.

File upload use cases
Here are a few ways admin teams can take advantage of some expanded file upload features.
Course materials: Attach handouts, reading lists, or permission slips directly in course descriptions so families always have them on hand.
Family communications: Add a file (like an updated calendar, IEP plan, or policy PDF) to your Connect Messaging email.
Staff coordination: Staff can reference, update, and replace files throughout the system.
