Admins can now add System Field questions to Question Templates and Surveys in Arux that automatically update specific user information collected during account creation and previous enrollment periods. When your families answer questions about…

• Teachers

• Special needs

… during enrollment or when registering for child care, their changes in responses to these questions instantly sync to the corresponding user’s profile. Example: Users can update a participant's teacher for the new school year and the data will be automatically updated in the participant's profile and records. Update System Field questions will auto-fill how families most recently answered the question within the enrollment form and surveys, giving them the option to update their response or submit as is.
